Description
WBD jobs often begin with a narrative-driven introduction, emphasizing a creative, inclusive, and collaborative environment, highlighting that employees are "storytellers" bringing beloved characters to life.
- Job Summary/Overview: Defines the specific focus (e.g., global distribution, technical support, content compliance) in 2–3 sentences.
- Role Accountabilities: Uses the specific term "Accountabilities" rather than "Responsibilities," emphasizing cross-functional coordination, operational management, and technical troubleshooting.
The Implementation Manager owns the strategic end-to-end deployment, integration, and user adoption of our technical systems and software. Serving as the critical primary point of contact following a contract signing, you will guide new clients or internal teams from initial configuration through to full go-live execution. Your ultimate objective is to deliver short time-to-value while ensuring complex deployments finish on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.
🛠️ Role Accountabilities:
Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own client implementation lifecycles from initial sales discovery and technical scope kickoff to official system deployment and operational handoff.
